The site is a short drive from the Research Triangle. Construction is commencing in early 2023.

This luxury townhome development is 43 units and will have 82 bedrooms. Construction will commence in 2023.

Ithaca, New York

The market rate component of the Cayuga Park development will have 141 luxury apartments with high-end finishes and amenities. The building will have structured parking, a pool deck, a fitness center, recreation rooms, and co-work areas. There is also 17,000 feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Construction will commence in 2024.

Riley Brook Apartments is a new multifamily apartment community serving individuals and households at 30%, 50%, and 60% AMI in the town of Hamburg, NY. This new construction project will include seven 10‐unit apartment buildings and a community building, comprised of 70 units. The 10‐unit buildings will be 2‐story garden style apartments. Construction is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2025.

Baldwin Commons

Hempstead, New York

Baldwin Commons is a new 33-unit affordable family project located in the town of Hempstead in Nassau County. The building will be about 32,600 squarefeet. There will be 33 units located on the upper floors located on a podium structure. Residents will be able to utilize the following amenities: a community room, manager’s office, laundry room, fitness room, and a community patio.
