Chief Financial Officer

With over 25 years of experience in financial management and accounting, Robert Corredine serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Park Grove Realty, LLC, where he has been driving the company’s financial strategy and operations since September 2025. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Robert leverages his extensive expertise in financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency to support Park Grove’s continued growth and success within the real estate sector.

Prior to his tenure at Park Grove Realty, Robert held senior financial leadership positions at Conifer Realty in Rochester, NY, and Centerline Capital in New York, NY, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of both real estate and investment markets. His strategic approach seamlessly integrates robust financial acumen with a commitment to sustainable growth, ensuring the company remains competitive and adaptable in an ever-evolving industry.

Robert began his career at Davie Kaplan, a respected public accounting firm in Rochester, NY, where he worked with clients across various industries, providing him with a broad perspective on financial operations.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nazareth University. Passionate about using financial strategy to create long-term value, he is dedicated to enhancing both the company’s objectives and its relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Robert enjoys supporting his children’s lacrosse activities and is an active member of the Spencerport Central School District Audit Committee.

Lucin Colakoglu-Meyer

Vice President of Property Management

Lucin Colakoglu-Meyer is a seasoned property management executive with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Based in Rochester, New York, she currently serves as Vice President of Property Management at Park Grove Realty, where she oversees operations across a diverse portfolio that includes affordable and market-rate residential communities, as well as commercial properties.

Tim Crilly

Senior Vice President of Development

Tim Crilly joined Park Grove Realty, LLC in 2019 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Development. In this role, he leads and supports Park Grove’s leadership across all components of development projects—including acquisitions, entitlements, project financing, and coordination with cross-functional teams through project completion and lease-up. Tim takes a detail-oriented approach to all aspects of development and excels in working with both internal and external stakeholders. He brings strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance matters.

Prior to joining Park Grove, Tim was a Manager at KPMG LLP, where he led audit engagements for large multinational publicly traded companies as well as early-stage, venture-backed firms. He provided support to clients on complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and initial public offerings. Additionally, Tim worked with KPMG’s Valuation Group, developing and analyzing financial models for clients’ senior management teams.

Tim earned both his B.A. and M.B.A. from St. Bonaventure University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the Board of Trustees for Nativity Preparatory Academy in Rochester, NY.

Suzanne Argento

Chief Operating Officer

Suzanne Argento is the Chief Operating Officer of Park Grove Realty, LLC, having joined the company in September 2018. Suzanne brings with her a combined 20 years of experience in various roles across Finance, Administration, and Human Resources. Her focus is on the day-to-day leadership and management of company operations, including finance, property management, human resource management, and technology.

Andrew Bodewes

Partner and Co-Founder

Andrew Bodewes is the Partner and Co-Founder of Park Grove Realty, LLC, which he established in September 2015 with Andrew Crossed. Andrew focuses his efforts on new development and acquisition opportunities for the company, as well as overseeing development operations. He also shares responsibility for overall company operations with Andrew Crossed.

Andrew Crossed is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Park Grove Realty, LLC, which he started in September 2015 with Andrew Bodewes. Andrew focuses his efforts on leading the company’s operations, as well as overseeing development and acquisition opportunities.
